DEBO is a former student athlete who was ranked in amongst the top 20% in the nation. He is the ultimate father and a speaker.

TRADING THE ROAR OF THE FANS ON THE DIAMOND FOR THE ECHO OF MY VOICE ON THE STAGE. I HAVE GONE FROM OVERCOMING STRIKING OUT ON THE FIELD TO UTILIZING MY VOICE AND EMPOWERING STUDENTS, ATHLETES, AND VETERANS ON OVERCOMING STRIKING OUT IN LIFE.
De’Von also known as Debo, is from Evergreen NC. He is a former collegiate athlete and Marine Corp Vet. DeVon’s passion for speaking derived from the mistakes he has made in his life. His lack of discipline in decision making cost him his eligibility to play college baseball which led to him joining “The Few, The Proud, The Marines”. De’Von is traveling to speak to various schools to increase graduation rates and enhance performance for athletes and students. He dedicates his time to empower veterans to take back control of their lives and overcome any obstacles they may face as they transition into a fulfilling civilian life. His primary goal is to change the world and leave a lasting impact in helping individuals unlock their full potential and unlock their champion within no matter what obstacles they may face.

As Debo travels the world as an athlete turned professional speaker, his greatest source of purpose in life is his little slugger Tayton. Debo is a father first and strives to show his son how to walk in his purpose. He is very eager to coach him in sports and inspire him with the same 4 principles he uses to inspire the world that if he can believe it, then he can achieve it. Debo believes that being a father first is the most important role and responsibility in his life. Tayton is the reason why Debo wakes up every morning and grind. Before empowering the world, Debo strives to become the best father and role model he can be.
